User InfosHoher Störpegel bis S9+ auf 2m in der Nähe der Gebäude. Schneisen in der Nähe nutzen.
High levels of QRM up to S9+ in 2m band near buildings. Use forest aisles nearby.

Im Sommer oft Gewitter in den Kammlagen. Wenn man Donner in der Nähe hört, dann ist die FT8
Dekodierung mit einem uSDX fast unmöglich. Ein weiteres Problem ist das zeitweise stark überlastete
Mobilfunknetz. Man ist ist dort nicht im deutschen Netz. Das Einloggen bei POTA war oft nicht möglich.
Das erschwert auch das synchronisieren der Zeit.
In the summer, there are often thunderstorms in the ridge areas. If you hear thunder nearby, FT8
decoding with a uSDX is nearly impossible. Another problem is the mobile network, which is sometimes
severely overloaded. You’re not on the German network there. Logging in to POTA was often impossible.
This also makes it difficult to synchronize the time.
